Angela M. Helbig, CFA, CMT
Founding Principal

Angie is responsible for the Global MidCap Growth Portfolio and is a contributing manager for our stable risk portfolios.

Angie brings over 15 years of investment experience to our clients.  She began her investment career with SunTrust Trust Personal Asset Management as a Portfolio Analyst.  Throughout her 12 year tenure, she rose through the ranks to become Managed Equities Director for the Mid Cap Growth Equity Strategy.  As Director, she was responsible for developing and executing a successful mid cap equity strategy that was used widely throughout the company.

Toward the end of her tenure with the company, Angie was a Private Financial Advisor with SunTrust Investment Services, where she managed assets for high net worth individuals, families and business entities.  As with her position in Personal Asset Management, Angie was responsible for the development and execution of individual investment strategies.  She managed a diverse mix of assets including enhanced cash, equities, taxable and tax free bonds, REITs, and commodities.

Angie is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Western Kentucky University.  She also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.   In addition, she holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Market Technician designations.

Angie grew up in LaPorte, Indiana, but she and her family have called Nashville home for 23 years.  She is actively involved in the Hendersonville Rotary and the Boy Scouts of America.

Dana N. Moore, CFA
Founding Principal

Dana is responsible for investment strategy, client service and is a contributing manager for our stable risk portfolios.

Dana brings almost 20 years of wide-ranging investment experience to our clients. She started her career as a portfolio manager at the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, where she was part of a team managing the State of Tennessee Pension Fund.  While at the state, she was one of the first female portolio managers.  Dana managed multiple portfolio strategies including the International Growth Portfolio, two U.S. Sector Funds and the Convertible Bond Portfolio.  She was a contributing manager for both the International Bond and Domestic Bond Portfolios.

In the mid 90s, she joined an Atlanta-based firm, GLOBALT Investments, as a partner and a senior analyst, managing technology sector exposure for all of GLOBALT's clients.

In 2004, Dana joined Angie and George at SunTrust as a Senior Portfolio Manager for High Net Worth clients.  She spent the majority of her time at SunTrust working with families with $10 million or more in assets.

A Nashville native, Dana graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance.  She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.  Dana is actively involved in the Downtown Rotary, and serves on the boards of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the National Association of Women MBAs.

George B. Stadler, CFA
Founding Principal

George is responsible for business development, client service and is a contributing manager for our stable risk portfolios.

George brings over 30 years of investment experience to our clients.  While at SunTrust, he was Regional Managing Director for the Personal Asset Management group.  He oversaw the investment management of assets across the state of Tennessee.

As Assistant Treasurer of Vanderbilt University, George was responsible for the management of Charitable Remainder Trusts and Separately Invested Endowment Funds. He also managed the stock distributions from the University’s Venture Capital Portfolio and performed extensive due diligence on investment managers for the university.

Previously, George worked at J.C.  Bradford in the syndicate group and helped to bring many new issues to market.

He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and German.  George received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.  In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

George is a Nashville native and is well known for his work with several local charities. Currently, he serves on the boards of Centerstone Foundation, Cheekwood, the Boy Scouts of America, and Fifty Forward.
